summer nights

Right at the moment it's so humid that this tip is not wise, but during not humid summernights I can give you a tip.

Take a spray and fill it with plain water.
Add one small drop of peppermint oil.

When you wake up feeling unhappy because of the high temperature, give yourself a spray.

I'm sure you'll feel better.
