Tip for your hair

Do you want nice hair?

Before you wash your hair, rinse a whole egg in your hair and leave it there for a short while.

Wash your hair throughly after that with your regular shampoo.

When you're done, rinse your hair with the juice of a half a lemon.

You'll smell nice, and look wonderful.

Against the smell of garlic

Eating garlic means smelly breath and sweath.
The sulphur in garlic can't be deleted by the metabolic processes in the body, so it leaves through the skin and breath.

Drinking milk prevents the smelly breath, because the mild eliminates the sulphur.

Working best is full milk. The low fat and other low something ones work far less.

It's worth a try, because garlic is very healthy.

Let me know if it worked for you.

Smell of union

Slicing union is not only a burden to your eyes.
The smell on your fingers can be very terrible too.

Washing with soap doesn't help, but I know what helps, because my grandmother taught me.

A few drops of milk are enough to rub in your hands and make the smell of unions disappear.

Have a try!

sweaty feet

When you're suffering from sweaty feed (and the people around you with you) it's better to take action now it's beautiful weather.

Throw away all shoes with plastic on top or as the sole.

Take the leader ones and spray desinfectant in them.
Let them dry.
Put them away with a leaflet of laundry softener/dryer softener in it.

Wear sandals. Preferably without socks.

against cigarette smoke

To get rid of cigarette smoke:
put a glass with vinegar in the room.

A plate with a cloth with vinegar works even better.

Against moist

Young people tend to shower far too long.
Not only does it cost a lot of money and does it have a bad influence on the skin, and is a too high temperature not good for vertility, it also causes a lot of moist in the house, which enables fungusgrowth and bad smell.

To capture the moist, put a bowl with charcoal briquettes somehere.
It'll attract moisture.

laundry refreshener

Some detergents wash well, but they leave a strange smell in the laundry.

Ofcourse you can use expensive laundry softener, but you can also use in the last water: lemon, vinegar, or a small drop of mouth refreshener.

Thank you all who send us their comments, greetings and mails.
We've decided that we don't want to invest our energy in proving what should speak for itself.
In case you need to get rid of anger or energy, there's a ball shootinggame at the bottom of the site. LOL!

Thank you new subscribers!!

Right now I'm dropping partly from a list and partly from the inbox.
I want to have a droppinglist, so let me know when you want to be on it.

Nasty smells in kitchen and bathroom can be tackled with vinegar.

Take a spray and fill it with vinegar and spray it everywhere.

stinking wastebin? No more!

Does your wastebin stink like someone soaked old bedwear in the swamp and saved it for over 10 years?

You need help!

First clean the bin and desinfect it.
Or simply buy a new one.

Then ask a catowner for a few handfulls of pellets for the litterbox of his/her cat. Or buy a bag yourself.

Put two or three handfulls in a panty or an old sock and put it at the bottom of the bin, before you place the bag in it.

You can also use it in the fridge and at other places that create smells, but I think it's better when you try to find out where the smell comes from.

You can keep your wastebin from smelling by throwing the organic material on a compostheap or in a compostbin.

Against coloured and smelly hands

When peeling carrots you can get orange hands.

And after slicing unions, baking fish, for example, you can get smelly hands.

Take some salt and rub your hands with it.
When you need a firm approach, take a bit of water and salt and use it as a peeling.

Then wash your hands the normal way and smell and colour are gone.

smelly t-shirts

Sometimes T-shirts can smell so bad, that you wonder whether the whole laundry will smell the same after washing it with other items.

Make a mic of vinegar and some water and soak the T-shirt in it for a couple of hours.
Rinse it and after that put it in the machine.

Works well.

fresh smell after painting

New apartments need a brush of paint.

Sometimes it's possible to use paint without smell. Most of them are waterbased.

But sometimes you can't escape from using the old fashioned smelly paint and your whole room will smell accordingly.

Heat a bit of vinegar and bring it to the boil.

Put it in the middle of the room.

The smell will be gone soon.
