Almost too late for potatoes?

Ugh... I almost forgot to boil the potatoes for dinner.
The vegetables were almost ready, but the potatoes... they were forgotten.

I feel lucky that someone gave me the tip to add a bit of vinegar to the water and boil them.
Less time needed.
